Dubuque's Megan Siepler scored what proved to be the game winner in the 37th minute en route to a 1-0 victory over Luther this evening in Dubuque. Siepler scored on a break away up the middle of the field assisted by Kayla Vaughan.
The Norse were credited with 11 shots, three that were on goal. Dubuque tallied 13 shots placing five on goal.
The loss drops Luther's Iowa Conference record to 1-3, 5-7-1 overall. Dubuque improved to 2-1-1 in league play, 6-5-2 overall.
Luther hosts Simpson College this Saturday, Oct. 13. Kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
