Women's Soccer - St. Olaf College

St. Olaf's Madison Van Wylen scored the game winner in the 107th minute giving the Oles a 1-0 double overtime victory here in Decorah. Van Wylen was assisted on the play by Rachel Stets.

The Oles out shot the Norse 24-18, but both teams tallied five shots each in the two extra frames. The Oles also had a 10-3 advantage in corner kicks.

The loss drops Luther's overall record to 1-2, while St. Olaf improved to 1-1.

Luther returns to action on Friday, Sept. 7 when it will host Nebraska Wesleyan University. This match will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be video streamed.
