Three Norse Recognized on All-Conference Team

The Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) had announced that Maggie Herrity, Erin Wilson and Elly Arend have been named second team all-conference.

Herrity, a senior midfielder, had her best season in a Norse uniform. She led the team in scoring, producing five goals and six assists for a total of 16 points.

Arend, a sophomore forward, finished third on the team with 10 points, thanks to four goals and two assists. This is the second time in as many seasons she has been named to the all-conference team. Last year she was a first team selection.

Wilson, a sophomore defender was an honorable mention selection last season. Wilson led the Norse defenders in scoring driving in three goals. She also helped the Norse to four shutouts during the 2012 campaign.
