Returns to the Norse lineup after missing all of last season due to injury…academic all-conference honoree (3.50 GPA or higher)…as a freshman she earned all-regional honors (top-35) thanks to a 23rd place finish at the Central Regional…ran fifth for the Norse at 2010 NCAA III National Championships…during her freshman track season she was a member of the conference championship 4 x 800 indoors and the league runners-up in this same event outdoors…multiple letter winner and team captain in cross country and track while at Lakeville South…four-time all-conference performer as well as four-time state meet qualifier in cross country…earned all-state honors twice…helped lead Cougars to a section championship in 2009 and a fourth place finish at Minnesota 2A state meet…two-time all-conference and once all-state honoree in track…also earned academic all-state honors…set records in the 3,200 meters, 1,600 meters, and as a member of the 4 x 800 relay team…National Honor Society member…daughter of Craig and Mary Kay Uphoff.
