Jordan joined the Luther swim team after helping Stillwater High School win two state championships.

"During the short time I've been on campus, I've met a lot of new people. My roommates are great, and the professors have been very helpful. I also have great teammates and have enjoyed learning about the mental toughness of our sport.

"Going to Cedar Rapids to help with tearing down homes that were damaged in the flood as one of our service projects was a great experience, as was raising money for cancer research in the Ted Mullin Hour of Power."
