In the final match of the two-day UW-La Crosse Invite, Luther was defeated by host La Crosse 3-1. La Crosse won the opening set 25-17 and Luther tied the match posting a 25-18 victory in set two. The Eagles won the match posting wins of 25-19 and 25-16 in sets three and four.
Hannah Wilson was the only Norse to reach double digits in kill totals with 15. She also produced an attack percentage of .462. Sophia Brown and Leah Broderick were next with eight and seven kills respectively.
The loss drops Luther's overall record to 10-14.
The Norse will be off until Oct. 19-20 when they will travel to Loras College for the Loras Invite.
