Was an All-American, league MVP, and two-time NCAA Division III Academic All-American wrestler for UW–La Crosse

2008 Masters from Winona State University
Fourth year as an assistant coach, recruiting coordinator and Luther Wrestling Camp coordinator
Prior to joining the Norse he was an assistant at UW-La Crosse and was a part of 8 NCAA teams that have placed in the top four of the National Tournament
Has coached 61 NCAA III All-Americans as an assistant
Has Operated Midwest Extreme Wrestling Camps for the past 11 years
Has run over 300 wrestling clinics across the country, as far as Arizona, California and Louisiana
