The Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) has announced that Ramesh Karki has been named the men's tennis Performer of the Week for the week ending Sunday, April 21, 2013.

Karki, a junior, improved to 17-9 in singles and 14-9 in doubles with two wins each at number one singles and number one doubles. He defeated Central's Kyle Freischlag (6-2, 6-4) and Wartburg's Yusuf Chowdhry (2-6, 6-0 1-0 [1]) and paired with Nick Mozena for a 9-8 (1) win over Central's Freischlag and West Adelman and with Quinn Foley for and 8-1 win over Wartburg's Chowdhry and Brian Rasmussen.
