Men's Swimming and Diving - Coe College

Luther leveled its dual meet record to 3-3 after defeating Coe College 130-70. Today's meet was the final competition in the current Regents Center pool and it was also senior day. The capacity crowd watched as the Norse swept all of the swimming events en route to the victory.

David Carius and Sam Weinberg posted individual first place finishes. Carius won both the 100 butterfly and the 200 IM. Weinberg touched the wall first in the 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle.

Tim Cutler, Tanner O'Brien, Eric Hild and Zack Kuntz kicked-off the competition with a first place finish in the 200 medley relay.

The Norse foursome of Kuntz, Hild, Matt Key and O'Brien secured the sweep of swimming events with a first place finish in the 200 freestyle relay.

The Norse will return to action in three weeks when they will travel to Coe College for the Liberal Arts Championships Mar. 14-16.
