Luther wrapped up its fall portion of the 2012-13 season with a fourth place finish at the Ronnie Eastman Invitational hosted by Viterbo University. The two-day tournament was played on the Par 72, 6,714 yard La Cross Country Club.
The Norse finished five strokes behind Grandview University that captured the team title with a 606. Iowa Western Community College was second at 609, followed by the Grandview Red squad at 610 and Luther with a 611.
Andrew Peter posted another top-10 finish carding a 149 and finished in a two-way tie for sixth place. Max McGrail was the tournament medalist with a 141.
Joel Bruns and Tobias Kohl finished in a five-way tie for 12th place at 153, while Elliot Horst finshed tied for 22nd at 156. Matt Axelrod completed the Norse five tied for 55th with a 163. Ninety-seven golfers played in the tournament.
