Men's Cross Country - UW-Eau Claire Invitational

Luther finished third of 17 teams at the UW-Eau Claire Invitational this afternoon in Colfax, Wis. The Norse tallied 120 points and finished behind UW-Eau Claire who won the team title with 28 points, and Lakehead University with 114. St. Olaf was fourth with 122.

Luther's top five finishers and how they placed were Marty Mithcell (16th - 25:57), Austin Bauer (22nd - 26:06), Alex Rigdon (26th - 26:09), Evan Neubauer (27th - 26:09), and Logan Langley (29th - 26:11).

Rounding out the top seven was Tyler Broadwell (35th - 26:24) and Soren Thompson (47th - 26:38). Three hundred and eight runners participated in the race.

The Norse will be off until Oct. 6 when they will travel to St. Paul, Minn., for the St. Kate's Invitational.
