The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has announced that Luther College has been named a 2011All-Academic Cross Country Team. One hundred thirty one institutions representing 34 conferences were on this year's list.
To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have had a cumulative team GPA of 3.10 through the 2011 fall semester.
Luther's combined grade-point-average was 3.25. Forty-four student-athletes were listed on the 2011 cross country roster.
