When Michael chose to attend Luther he had not even visited the campus yet.  The northern California native felt comfortable with the decision after talking with Coach Franzen and players on the team.

“I also did some research online and I liked its beautiful campus, small class sizes, and athletic facilities. I felt that Luther would be the school that would allow me to grow the most through athletics and academics.”

Crocker is one of four non-Midwestern players on the team who have found their home here in Decorah. “I have established a great group of friends on the team that have helped make Luther basically my second home. It’s always fun hanging out with them on and off the court, but when it’s time to focus we know how to get it done.”
