Sheldon Smith ('16) Connects His Love for Sports with Social Work

Social Work Major Sheldon Smith ('16) loved being part of the wrestling team at Luther, even working summers at Luther's wrestling camps for middle and high school students. It was his involvement in camps like these that made Smith decide to pursue a career working with teenagers. As a result, Smith chose to work in an afterschool program in Chicago during his Social Work in-field practicum his senior year.
