Purchasing a Seat

Reservations should be made as soon as your plans become definite, as some shuttles have been filling up. (Check seat availability)You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your reservation has been received and space availability has been checked.  The shuttle fee will be added to your student account.  There is no "ticket" to board the bus; your name will be included on a passenger check list.

One-Way Cost

Shuttle cost (one-way) billed to your account.  Accounts will be billed one to two weeks after the actual shuttle takes place.

Reservation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a seat is reserved via the online form, your account will be billed the cost of the shuttle unless the shuttle(s) is already full.  In order to keep pricing as low as possible, we have a strict no refund policy on all reservations. This policy is extended to ALL passengers without any exceptions.  

Can I Cancel My Reservation?

You can cancel your reservation, however, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will not be able to use your reservation for a shuttle at another time.

Can I Transfer My Reservation to Another Student?

Yes, if you determine you won’t be riding the shuttle after reserving a seat you can transfer it to another student.  This is your responsibility, however, and no assistance will be provided identifying a replacement or arranging financial reimbursement.  Your student account will still be charged the cost of the shuttle so, if desired, you are responsible for arranging reimbursement from the student taking your seat.

Luther College

• Shuttles depart from in front of Dahl Centennial Union. 

Minneapolis-St. Paul Int'l Airport

• The bus departs from Terminal 1, Ground Transportation Area.  From inside the airport, exit the baggage claim area by taking the escalator down to Ground Transportation.  Follow the signs that say "Bus."  You will board a tram in the Ground Transportation Area that will take you to the bus loading area.  Once you get off the tram, proceed up the escalators (following the "Bus" directional sign).  At the top of the escalator, there is a small waiting area where you can sit until the bus arrives at the appointed time (Terminal 1 Map).

Rochester Airport

• Pick up/drop off is in front of the main doors, under the canopy. 

Please be respectful of the scheduled departure time; arrive at least 15 minutes early to get your luggage stored, etc.  If you are not on the bus at the departure time there are no guarantees that the bus can wait for you; it is important that we remain on schedule.
