Obtaining Community Passes

  1. Fill out the new member application form (PDF).
  2. Present the form, along with a check or money order, payable to “Luther College” at Dining Services on the lower level of the Centennial Union at Luther College.  You will have your photo ID processed immediately.  The office is open Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM, Sept. to April and 9 AM - 3 PM, May to August.
  3. This is a PERMANENT CARD.  If you lose this card, a  
     replacement fee of $10.00 will be charged.
  4. Renewal notices will be sent one month prior to your renewal date each year.  Your renewal date is one calendar year from the date of purchase.  (ie: if you purchased your card in December 2012, it will expire in December 2013 and you will receive your notice in November 2013).

MEMBERSHIP RATES:

One-Year Membership Options Rate with pool access (includes usage of gyms, track, tennis courts, and racquetball courts) Rate without pool access (use of gyms, track, tennis courts, and racquetball courts)
Individual Membership $120 $60 (half price for seniors 65 years of age or older for a rate of $30) 
Individual + one* Membership $180 $90
Family** Membership $240 $120

*Individual plus one = two immediate family members 5 years and older residing at the same address.

**Family = all immediate family members 5 years and older residing at the same address. This includes children home from college, children of divorced parents who have joint custody, stepchildren and foster children. It does not include babysitters, ex-spouses or visiting relatives (grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.).
