Mixed Martial Arts: Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:30pm
Mixed Martial Arts: Sundays 12:30pm in wrestling room
TaekwonDo: Fridays and Sundays 6:00-7:30pm
All fitness classes are held in the dance studio in the Regent's Center. If you are interested in teaching a class, please see Vicky Jaeger in the Recreational Services office.
