Second Semester Fitness Classes:
Zumba: Tuesday and Thursdays at 4:30pm
Yoga: Monday through Thursday at 5:30pm; M-W-F at 12:30pm
Body Toning: Monday and Wednesdays at 4:30pm
Insanity: Monday-Wednesday-Fridays at 6:30pm
Jung's Martial Arts: Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:30pm
All fitness classes are held in the dance studio in the Regent's Center
