An expert in social movements, political instability and international security, Dr. Goldstone will briefly discuss recent events in Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia and other nations in both North Africa and the Middle East, wherein political protest has resulted in significant changes in governance. A discussion and Q&A will follow.
He will be joined by hosts Dr. James Rhodes and Dr. Michael Engelhardt of the Political Science Department for this discussion.
