Bombastic, beautiful, heartfelt and hilarious! Self-proclaimed “Certified Lunatic and Master of the Impossible,” the one and only Dr. Professor Tomáš Kubínek joins Maestro Timothy Hankewich and 83-piece Orchestra Iowa on the premiere tour of an entertaining new work produced by the University of Iowa’s Hancher Auditorium. It’s a rare performance that is indeed virtuosic and vaudevillian. This will be a one-of-a-kind evening of grand music, madcap brilliance, and old-world charm, a performance that would make Beethoven, Dvorák, Strauss, and Bach amused, bewildered, and proud.

The Center Stage Series is honored to be one of four select stops for this Iowa Premiere, with support from Orchestra Iowa, Hancher, Iowa West Foundation, and Rockwell Collins.
