Hailing fro historic County Waterford and named for an Irish goddess, Danú is as beloved in Ireland as it is around the world. Spirited performances highlight the heart of these virtuosi players on flute, tin whistle, fiddle, button accord ian, bouzouki, and vocals (Gaelic and English). Danú features everything from fierce fiddle reels to pensive haunting ballads in a glorious mix of ancient Irish music and new repertoire.
