Passionate and profound, the Brentano String Quartet uses crisp technique to achieve luxurious sound. Imagine the abandoned spaces of unfinished pieces by Bach, Mozart, and Schubert and six of today’s composers collaborating with their beloved predecessors. Original and new compositions will be played alongside each other to create an exciting evening of dialogue between music of the past and present. Luther College and the Center Stage Series is delighted to be a co-commissioner for Fragments.
