Distance Running Camp Information

Check-in and Registration

Registration will be held on Sunday, July 6 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in Dahl Centennial Union. Any remaining camp payment is due at this time. You will not need to bring your belongings with you to the Union for check-in; you will be housed in a different location.

Located on-line is a consent form for medical treatment. This can be mailed to the Sports Camps Office prior to arrival or brought to check-in on the day of registration. If, at the time of registration, you have any new medical conditions that we should know about, please bring a note from your physician. This form is required.

Full residential campers should arrive with enough time to put luggage away and be ready to attend the first session at 4 p.m.

Commuters and day campers must also attend registration to check in with the camp staff and receive updated information. Please allow enough time to report to the opening session by 4 p.m.

Check-out Information

Campers will check out of their rooms before their 9 a.m. session on Thursday, July 10. There will be space available for storage of luggage until departure. Campers will be dismissed before the noon lunch on Thursday, but will have the option of eating lunch in the cafeteria before departing. Campers may be picked up at the Regents Center at noon on July 10.
