    Religion department to present religion forum Oct. 25

    The Religion department will show the Academy Award winning film, "Spotlight," from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25 in Olin room 102. A discussion led by religion department faculty will follow the showing of the film. "Spotlight" is the compelling true story of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Boston Globe investigation that challenged and uprooted one of the world's oldest and most trusted religious institutions.

    Luther College to host Polish violist Marcin Murawski

    Featuring the works of Iowa composer Michael Kimber, Polish violist Marcin Murawski will perform a viola recital Luther College at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9, in the Noble Recital Hall in the Jenson-Noble Hall of Music on the Luther campus. The recital is open to the public with no charge for admission.

    Luther College presents 'Twelfth Night' performance Oct. 6-8

    Luther College's Visual and Performing Arts department presents William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night," Oct. 6-8 in the Jewel Theatre in Luther's Center for the Arts. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6th, 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7th, and at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8th.

    Luther College will celebrate Homecoming 2016 Friday through Sunday, Sept. 30-Oct. 2, bringing more than 5,000 students, friends and alumni back to campus and to partake in class reunions, sporting events, musical concerts and more.
