The Luther College Music Department will host a Music Audition Day Friday, March 9, on the Luther campus.
The deadline to register for the event is Sunday, March 4. Register at https://tinyurl.com/Luthermusicaudition.
This visit event is an opportunity for students who have applied to Luther to audition for a music scholarship. Please note that this day marks the last opportunity to earn a music scholarship for the 2018-19 academic year. Students interested in pursuing any major are welcome; it is not necessary to be a music major in order to earn a music scholarship at Luther.
The requirements for the audition vary by instrument, and accompanists are not required. For full scholarship requirements and information about scheduling an audition, go to https://tinyurl.com/lutherauditioninfo.
Additional activities are available as part of the visit event. Students can observe and/or participate in music rehearsals, attend a class, interact with music faculty and current students, take a campus tour and eat lunch in the student cafeteria.
Please contact the Luther College Admissions Office at (563) 387-1287 or [email protected] with any questions.
