| List on and off campus activities and leadership experiences that are relevant to desired position (i.e. involvement in College Ministries at Luther, home congregation, camps, and other ministries): |
The past five summers I've helped out with my church's vacation bible school. I've helped out at many of my home church's functions such as Christmas programs and the summer festival. |
| What gifts do you bring to the Luther Congregation and to the council? |
Openness. While I have ideals that I strongly believe in I understand that not everyone shares them. I am willing to listen to others and work with them to find solutions that are the best for everyone. |
| As a spiritual leader, how do you nurture your spiritual life, individually and within the community? |
The most important thing for me is to always be in awe of God's creation. God should be in more than just church. While going to church is important trying to see God in everyone and everything is what I try to do. |
| Please include a brief statement describing your goals, challenges and vision for the Luther Congregation’s ministry. : |
I know that a lot of people are religiously active on Luther's campus, but still every Sunday I expect to see more people at church. That said, making more opportunities to get involved with religious activities on other days is something that should be focused on. |
