The 2014-15 school year is upon us and we are happy to report that the LIS Technology Help Desk and Digital Media Center are in full training mode with a bunch of new student worker hires. Real life situations are the best training lessons and we welcome you calling and letting them assist you. Please know that behind every new student worker is a trained user and your call will be handled to the best of their collective ability.
