The LIS Technology Help Desk has been informed of the following phishing email being sent out. That email is a phishing scam. It is not from the Help Desk or anyone in LIS. If you have responded, please change your password immediately at http://norsekey.luther.edu.


The LIS Technology Help Desk has been informed of the following phishing email being sent out. That email is a phishing scam. It is not from the Help Desk or anyone in LIS.


If you have responded, please change your password immediately at http://norsekey.luther.edu. If you have not responded, simply Delete the message. We are taking steps to block further messages.
For future reference, LIS and the LIS Technology Help Desk will never ask for private information or passwords via email. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.


Phishing email:

Dear Account User, We Noticed Your Web Mail Account was recently logged into from a Computer, Mobile device or Other Location you have never used before. For your Account Safety and Protection, We shall temporarily locked your account in 48 hours until you can review this activity and make sure no one is using your account without your permission. Click the blue Link or Copy and Paste it to your Browser.

Did you log into Web Account from a new Device or an unusual Location or Computer? If this was not you? Please log into your Web Account from your computer Now and follow the Link provided to help you Secure and Restore full Access to your Web mail Account.
