The Google Chrome Browser has been added to use in Citrix.
The User Services team meets twice each month. At this week's meeting, we discussed: GusDay, Projector Rentals, Use of Doceri in E&B, AirServer Universal, and GoPrint.
An upgrade to Adobe Flash Player is being pushed out to all Windows faculty/staff workstations, beginning this afternoon. The install will occur during user logon to ensure that web browsers are not running. This update is necessary in order to fix certain functionality in Reason. The wireless network has been improved in the Jenson-Noble Recital Hall.
The speed of Miller and Dieseth's connection to the rest of the campus network has been increased.

On October 16th, Apple released their newest operating system, Yosemite (OS X 10.10). Yosemite is a free upgrade for any computer running OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard), 10.7 (Lion), 10.8 (Mountain Lion), or 10.9 (Mavericks).
At this time, LIS will *not* be installing Yosemite on any Luther owned workstations. We also do not recommend that Faculty and Staff install Yosemite on their Luther owned workstations.
To Update Mozilla Firefox to the current version, it was required to republish Firefox.
Citrix users will need to load Mozilla Firefox into your Apps Selection of Programs.
