Tech Support Phone Scams

The LIS Technology Help Desk received notification today of tech support scammers calling campus and local numbers. These phone calls came in as restricted or blocked numbers. LIS wants to warn users to avoid sharing information with such callers.

Network Upgrade

Network Registrations Deleted

As we do every year at this time of the year, registrations for personal devices connected to the Luther network have been deleted. Users wishing to continue using their personal devices on the Luther Network need to register the device again. Remember that registration requires that Windows and MacOS devices be fully patched and running an antivirus program with up to date definitions.
