11/20/2013 10:27AM -- Our internet connection hasn't experienced any additional outages since yesterday evening. I believe it is now running stably. 11/19/2013 07:25PM -- We are aware that our Internet connection has been performing poorly today. I have restarted a service on one of our Internet routers, and that appears to improved things. I'm continuing to watch the connection to determine if this has completely fixed the problem or not.
