New Workflow for Alumni Password Changes

A new workflow for alumni password change requests has been put into action. All alumni password change requests will now be processed at the Help Desk. Previously, password change requests were handled at both the Alumni Office and the Help Desk - whichever was the first point of contact. The new workflow includes improved account owner verification prior to password changes. All Help Desk staff have access to account verification and reset processes through the Help Desk "putty" interface.
