About Josie

Hi there! My name is Josie Lappegaard and I am one of your blog coordinators for the Education 185/215: Observation in Area Schools trip to Gallup, New Mexico. I am a freshman at Luther college and am currently studying elementary education. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, and doing craft projects. I am involved in Luther’s first year choir, Aurora and in PALS, Luther’s buddy program. I am so ecstatic about traveling to New Mexico and meeting all the kiddos!
