Reeher representatives are on campus today for consulting and the Advancement staff will be trained on how to use and navigate the Reeher dashboard. The Reeher Customer Relationship Management software tracks and facilitates communications with our most important donors. Donor giving records continue to be managed in the Colleague Advancement system.
Jean has created the data files from Colleague and a scheduled task runs nightly at 5:15 p.m. to run the exports and provide new data to the Reeher system. Work continues to refine the data and phase two of the project will be to transfer Development Officer 'call reports' from Reeher back into Colleague Advancement. Reeher complimented Luther on the clean and accurate data from our system.
