Adobe Reader Update

Due to end of support from Adobe (https://blogs.adobe.com/documentcloud/adobe-acrobat-xi-and-adobe-reader-xi-end-of-support/), any Faculty/Staff workstation that has Adobe Reader 11 or older will be updated to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The update will occur in the background and should not be noticed by users. The update for Windows will begin installing this afternoon. The update for Macs will be released next week. If you have any questions please contact the Help Desk at x1000.

User Services Meeting - 10/16/17

The User Services team meets twice each month. At this month's meeting, we discussed: Network Share Group Membership Cleanup, Chrome/Firefox Background Update, Acrobat Reader 11.x Updates, KBOX Columns, Digital Signage for Admissions & CFL, Admin Rights, Marty’s Workstations, Staff Computer Refresh, Fall Break Plans, New Student Worker Hires, and Tip of the Month.
