Michael R. Conradson, 70, passed away on May 17, 2017, following a long, courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family in Santa Ana, Calif. He was born on June 21, 1946, in Decorah, Iowa, to Reverend Willard Conradson ‘46 and Alvina Rebecca Conradson. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Conradson, two daughters Jennifer Mallender (Dean) and Katie Todd (Brian) and his four grandchildren, Kelsey, Christopher, Matthew and Mark. Also, his brother Eric Conradson ‘70 (Paula) and sister Lois (Conradson) Bruder ‘70. He was loved by his extended family sister-in-laws Diane Haggart and Susan Walsvig and nephews David Walsvig and Paul Conradson (Adrienne) and nieces Beth Cleary (Andrew) and Emilia Tuerack (Gary).
Mike lived his life with the affirmation that Jesus was his Lord and served his church as a Sunday school teacher, Sunday school bus driver, deacon, elder and member of the Tuesday Men’s Bible Study. Mike was a liabilty claims adjustor for 50 years, an avid reader, Green Bay Packer supporter, but his greatest blessings were his family.
A celebration of Mike’s life took place May 24, 2017, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Orange. Remember Mike when the Green Bay Packers play or make a donation in his name to St. John's Lutheran Church, Preserving the Blessings fund.
