Phi Alpha Theta Movie Night

On Sunday, April 7 in Koren 217, Phi Alpha Theta had a showing of the Mel Brooks film History of the World, Part I. We ordered four or five pizzas plus soda for people to enjoy during the movie. Also in attendance we had Anna Peterson, who will be teaching modern European history at Luther starting in fall semester of 2013, so students had an opportunity to meet with her and get to know her if they so wished.

Phi Alpha Theta is a national history honor society. The basic requirements are 12 completed semester hours in History, a GPA of at least 3.1 in History, and at least a 3.0 GPA overall.
