Q6: How can I post a response to a message?

There are two ways to reply to a message. If you have group messages sent to you via email, replying to an email with a group message will post a response to that message. Otherwise, from within the Discussions tab of the group page, click on the relevant topic, then click the Reply below the message you want to respond to. If you would rather send a private response to the message’s author, use the Reply to author link instead.

Q7: Can I upload files to or collaborate on documents with a Norse Group? How about creating a group web page?

No. In the future, you may be able to, as these are features of Google Groups that aren’t currently enabled in Google Apps (and so not in Norse Groups/Apps). However, you can upload and create documents and web pages to Norse Docs and Sites, then share them with everyone in a group by sending an invitation to the group email address.
