Datatel - Conflict with KeyServer

User attempts to launch the Datatel GUI which fails to open.

The cause of the issue is the KeyServer client installed on the computer uses a DLL file that Datatel also wants to use. A temporary solution is to reboot the workstation and launch Datatel before any other application.

Permanent Solution

  1. Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and select Task Manager.
  2. Select each Datatel process and click End Task.
  3. Reinstall the current KeyServer client.
