Students are required to complete a data information sheet each time services are rendered. Business office personnel are responsible for billing for services. Bills are sent directly to the student and are payable at the Office for Financial Services.

  Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• During summer school
  Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to noon
