Health Service provides quality health care and promotes healthy lifestyles to enhance success and learning for all Luther students. We educate students for life-long learning and health by developing health literacy and self-care skills.
Care on Campus that Feels like Home
Located in Larsen Hall (south entrance), the Luther College Student Health Service is a comprehensive outpatient clinic that can meet most health needs of students. Medical problems that go beyond the scope of the Health Service are referred to appropriate off-campus facilities.
Students can see a nurse at no charge or a provider at a minimal charge. We do not bill insurance plans. You will be responsible for submitting your own claims to your insurance company. Health Service will mail an insurance ready "walk-out statement" to your SPO.

Medical Records/Immunization Records
A medical record including your immunization record is maintained on all students. Medical records are kept for 10 years from date of enrollment. If you need medical records transferred, a written release is required. Use this "Release of Information" form.
If you would like a copy of your immunization, you can access this directly by going to luther.medicatconnect.com. Use your Norse key to gain access.
Physical therapy and radiology is not offered on campus. A college physician may refer students to a local facility. Students are responsible for any charges incurred. It is recommended that you carry your health insurance card with you at all times.
