The Luther College Chamber Orchestra will perform in concert at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, in the Main Hall of the Center for Faith and Life, on the Luther campus.
The concert is open to the public with no charge for admission.
The orchestra will perform Mozart's Symphony No. 38 in D major, KV 504 ("Prague") as well as Beethoven's Symphony No. 8 in F major, Op. 93.
The Chamber Orchestra specializes in repertoire for small orchestra and mixed chamber ensembles ranging from the Baroque era to the 20th century.
Conducted by Daniel Baldwin, Luther professor of music, the Chamber Orchestra performs with the Luther College Opera Workshop and the annual "Christmas at Luther" concert in addition to performing concerts twice a year.
