Thanks to all of our student volunteers who made Phonathon 2011 a success!  We raised $249,218.97 in gifts and pledges for the Annual Fund! Way to go!

Over 450 students signed up to call for Phonathon, dialed the phone 14,246 times and spoke with 3,594 alumni, parents and friends of Luther College. Below are a few of our favorite quotes that we heard this year:

8."You're a French major? They have that now?"
7. "I'm too old to make pledges. I'll just send you money!"
6. "I love Luther College! I love you! What's your name again?"
5. "I really like the script this year."
4. "I'm either at the beach or in the water. Leave me a message!"

2. "Honey, it's for you... she has a squeaky voice"

The Annual Fund is made up of unrestricted giving, helping offset tuition and fees, adding to scholarships and improving programming all across the Luther campus. Thanks to everyone, our students and donors, for making a difference!
