• Student Deferment Form

  Used to defer payment if enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college that does not report to the National Student Clearinghouse.

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Agreement

  To be completed and returned if you wish to have your monthly payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

• Perkins Loan Deferment for Cancellation/Cancellation Form

  To defer loan payments in anticipation of cancelling a portion of the loan principal for employment in an eligible occupation AND to apply for the cancellation of the loan principal after completion of the eligible service period.
