The following is a list of pointers to assist in completion of loan applications, promissory notes and the Self-Certification Form.

• If you are unsure of which loan application to download, refer to the name of the loan on the award letter.
• Complete all applicable blanks on each form or the form may be returned.
• Promissory notes must be completed in ink.
• The college's standard cost of attendance for 2012-13 is 46,375. Some students may have greater costs if they have music lessons, nursing major fees or study away costs.
• The loan period for the 2012-13 academic year is 08/29/2012 to 05/16/2013.
• The loan period for the 2012 Fall semester is 08/29/2012 to 12/13/2012.
• The loan period for the 2013 Spring semester is 01/31/2013 to 05/16/2013.
• The loan period for the 2012 Fall semester and JTerm is 08/29/2012 to 01/25/2013.
