"Fixit" is Luther College's system for submitting maintenance requests on campus.
Step 1: Go to the website fixit.luther.edu and enter your Luther College email address.
Step 2: If this is your first time submitting a request, you will need to enter your name, email, and phone number. If you have made a request before your information will be brought up in a form.
Step 3: Enter the requested information (i.e. location, type of problem, when you are available, requested completion date, etc.).
Step 4: At the very end a password is required. Enter "luther" (in all lowercase letters) and click submit.
After submitting you will receive a confirmation email with the work order number.
