Jill Frana is the Employee of the Quarter for April-June 2013.

Jill is the Head Custodian at Miller Hall. Her main duties are to oversee the cleanliness of Miller and supervise custodial student workers.

Jill has worked at Luther for 8 years. She started working at Luther in November 2004.

Jill is married to her husband, Kevin, and has 3 children Shanda, Nathan, and Jared. Shanda is a 2012 Luther Grad, Nathan is a junior at Decorah High School, and Jared is a 7th grader at Decorah Middle School. Kevin is a full-time crop and beef farmer.

In her free time Jill enjoys crafting, woodworking, landscaping, and truck pulling with her husband.

Jill was very happy to win the award and commented, "I appreciate being chosen. I couldn't do what I do without my co-workers and my students."

Winners of the Employee of the Quarter get a framed picture of themselves with a gold name plate, $15 in Decorah Chamber Bucks, and their name on a larger plaque that hangs in the Facilities Office.

The Employee of the Quarter award was begun during the summer of 2011. Winners are chosen by popular vote among all Facilities employees. Previous winners include:
