The NCAA III National Indoor Championships will be hosted by Grinnell College March 9-10.
Papke-Larson posted a time of 4:25 and placed 11th from the field of 36 competitors. Kraus was 12th clocked at 4:30.95.
The NCAA III has changed its qualifying standards this year. Instead of individuals or relays qualifying based on automatic and provisional standards, athletes will qualify based on the top-13 performances posted throughout the indoor season individually, and the top-10 performances in relays.
Following today's competition, the qualifying time to beat was 4:10.62 in the Mile.
