In game one, the Norse exploded for six runs in the second thanks to a three-run double by Kelsey Rose and a three-run home run by Kristen Winter. Carli Radil hit a solo home run over the trees in left field in the fourth, her ninth of the season. Radil (2-3) and Kayla Hatting (2-3) tallied multiple hits.

Becca Girvan (13-3) threw her second no-hitter in four days, the third this season. Girvan faced 17 batters, walked two and struck out nine.

Girvan picked up the win in game two as she shut down a rally by the Duhawks in the fourth that pulled them to within a run of Norse 4-3. Luther responded with three runs in the bottom of the fourth, and two in the fifth and sixth frames en route to the victory. Hatting, who was 3-for-5 with two RBI, hit a walk-off single to end the game.
