Living with lactose intolerance, a dairy allergy or a vegan lifestyle are not excuses to miss out on the world of cheese and ice cream. Good food is at your fingertips and this class will open your eyes to the many possibilities that exist. We will be making sour cream, nacho cheese, ricotta and will be exploring ice creams.
